You will be able to track your package using the provided tracking link or through our dedicated tracking page, as soon as your order has been shipped.
2. What is the delivery time?
Our products are handmade, and production takes an average of 2 to 4 business days. Once shipped, they are delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
3. Can I return or exchange my order?
You can request a return within 7 days. Exchanges due to an error in choosing the size or color will not be accepted.
4. How does the return and exchange process work?
You have 30 days to return the product from the date of receipt of the order, provided that the items are: unused, in perfect condition, with all tags still attached, and in their original packaging. Additionally, for deliveries within the European Union, you have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days. You will find more details in our Return and Refund Policy.
