At Verenno, we want you to shop with confidence. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, our return and refund policy is designed to be clear and transparent.
- Right of Withdrawal (Customers from the European Union and the United Kingdom)
In accordance with applicable law, customers residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days following the receipt of their order.

- Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when received;
• Be returned in its original packaging, with all tags, boxes, and any protective materials;
• Be sent back within 14 days following the return authorization provided by our customer service.
Items not meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
- Return Procedure
To initiate a return:

• Our team will provide you with instructions and the appropriate return address;
• After approval, send the item back according to the provided instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for any returns due to a change of mind, order error, wrong size, personal preferences, or any other reason not resulting from a product defect.
Returns due to incorrect size choice, comfort differing from expectations, or any other size-related issue are considered standard returns and remain the customer’s responsibility.
For your safety, we strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service. Verenno cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages without proof of delivery.
- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved:
• The refund will be made via the original payment method;
• Processing usually takes 5 to 10 business days after approval.
Please note that:
• Initial shipping fees are non-refundable;
• Return shipping fees are non-refundable;
• Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different size, color, or product, you may return the item according to this policy and place a new order.
Return shipping costs related to size, color, or model changes remain the customer’s responsibility.
- Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item, one damaged during transport, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving your order.
After verification:
• Return shipping costs will be covered by Verenno;
• We will offer, depending on the situation, a replacement or a full refund.
