At Verenno, we want you to shop with absolute confidence. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to be simple, clear, and transparent.

If you reside in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have a statutory legal right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving your package, without giving any reason.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

It must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

It must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, boxes, or protective covers intact.

It must be sent back to us within 14 days after your return request has been approved.

Items that do not comply with these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Return Process

Send an email to contact@verenno.com stating your order number and the reason for your return.

Our customer support team will provide you with the return instructions and the correct return address.

Once approved, please ship the item back to us in accordance with the instructions provided.

Please note: Unless the item received was faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. For your own security, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee or process a refund without proof of delivery.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method.

Refund processing typically takes between 5 to 10 business days.

Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable, and processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different size, colour, or product, please follow the standard return process for your original item and place a new order through our website.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@verenno.com.

In these instances, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer you either a full refund or a free replacement.
